Ritual Of White Skin

I cradle your heartbeat,

undress you –

ritual of white skin.

Shoulders whisper

of lemons.

A relationship

with you is

a fragile radiance.

A practise of breathing,

opening of layers,

delicate lost things.

Smooth and irregular

years.

Never as straight

-forward

as you might think.
